Interior and Exterior Construction Cleaning
As a standard industry practice the construction cleaning services has 3 phases:
1st Phase : Rough Clean (Bathrooms, Kitchens and windows first clean)
2nd Phase : Final Clean (Once the apartment, house, condo, townhouse or whatever the case might be is completely finished and all the trades have left the interior)
3rd Phase : Touch up (Once the units have been accepted by the owners generally speaking, GCSS, Inc. comes back thru the units and vacuums one last time and polish counter tops, kitchen sink, etc.)
These cleaning phases are realized according to the different requirements and different conditions of the project. GSCC, Inc. has distinguished itself from other companies by the great schedule flexibility that has shown and the quick response to the different needs and conditions that the construction industry represents.
Pressure Washing.
GSCC, Inc. provides pressure washing service of building (siding, brick, stucco, wood), concrete work (sidewalks, curb and gutter, driveways, etc). GSCC, Inc. generally speaking provides to the General Contractor a price per square foot.
Labors.
GSCC, Inc. provides labores for exterior cleaning generally speaking, for non-skilled framing punch out and any other miscellaneous need that any construction project could require. We have very reliable, responsible personnel.
Interior and Exterior Punch Out workers.
GSCC, Inc. provides high quality punch out staff to get done any kind of interior or exterior punch out list that the owner of the project had given to the General Contractor before the acceptance of the units .
Hotel - Housekeeping, Houseman / Porter, Maintenance
- Housekeeping to clean rooms whether they are occupied or vacant with very reliable and trustworthy personnel.
- Houseman/Porter in charge of cleaning the breezeways, parking lots, the maintenance of the grounds, emptying all trash among other duties.
- Maintenance in charge to touch up paint, shampoo carpets, etc
