As a standard industry
practice the construction cleaning services has 3 phases:

1st Phase |

Rough Clean (Bathrooms, Kitchens and windows
first clean) |

2nd Phase |
|
Final Clean (Once the apartment, house, condo,
townhouse or whatever the case might be is
completely finished and all the trades have left the
interior) |

3rd Phase |
|
Touch up (Once the units have been accepted by
the owners generally speaking, GCSS, Inc. comes back
thru the units and vacuums one last time and polish
counter tops, kitchen sink, etc.) |
These cleaning phases are realized according to the
different requirements and different conditions of the
project.
