My name is Maritza Castro, president of General
Services Construction Cleaning, Inc. (GSCC, Inc.) in
1987 I started cleaning hotels such as Hilton, Hyatt,
Westin Lenox and Swiss Hotel in Atlanta area.
In 1994 and 1995 I started working for my self
cleaning occupied houses in the North Metro Atlanta
Area.
The first construction cleaning that I did as GSCC,
Inc. was for Kenneth Harrison Builders in 1995.
In 1996, Jesus Ledezma Construction gave me the
great opportunity to work on different government
projects doing interior and exterior construction
cleaning GSCC, Inc. provided cleaning crews and
labor workers as well as punching out work.

The same way in 1997 GSCC, Inc. did cleaning
services for Keith Nunnally – Focus Construction,
Bill McCarthy – Guess House Inn/Savannah Suites
Hotels setting up rooms after guests in Hotels
located in and out of Georgia .
After that many companies have been that we have had
provided our services in and out of Georgia, and we
have earned their trust and loyalty toward GSCC,
Inc.
I have obtained a lot of experience and great
working relationships with several companies as you
